How do I return an item?

If you are returning an item for any reason please contact us first.  All returns are subject to approval.  Any item(s) returned must meet all of the following criteria:

1. Item(s) is new and in the original packaging unopened

2. Item(s) can be resold as new to another customer

If item(s) meet all of the listed criteria, please email techsupport@zipbeebikes.com to receive the item return form.

• You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and will receive a full refund for the cost of the product once received back.
• If you paid for shipping you will only receive a refund for the item price and not shipping. ZipBee Bikes reserves the right to not issue a refund if the item is returned in a condition other than which it was received.




Returning a Damaged, Defective Items

• If the product you receive is damaged or defective, contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange a replacement.
• You will be responsible for return shipping fee. Once we receive the item back we will ship out the replacement item at our costs.
• We will not accept returns if the item is damaged or defective due to misuse.
• Returns are processed within four (4) days of receipt (not including weekends or holidays).
