If you are returning an item for any reason please contact us first. All returns are subject to approval. Any item(s) returned must meet all of the following criteria:
1. Item(s) is new and in the original packaging unopened
2. Item(s) can be resold as new to another customer
If item(s) meet all of the listed criteria, please email email@example.com to receive the item return form.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and will receive a full refund for the cost of the product once received back. • If you paid for shipping you will only receive a refund for the item price and not shipping. ZipBee Bikes reserves the right to not issue a refund if the item is returned in a condition other than which it was received.
Returning a Damaged, Defective Items
• If the product you receive is damaged or defective, contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange a replacement. • You will be responsible for return shipping fee. Once we receive the item back we will ship out the replacement item at our costs. • We will not accept returns if the item is damaged or defective due to misuse. • Returns are processed within four (4) days of receipt (not including weekends or holidays).
